STRONGER with Bailie

Today is a different post, I am introducing to you someone new! Bailie is a girl I met through Instagram actually and turned out we live in the same town! Bailie came to me in the interest of doing a fitness post with me! I am usually scared of fitness and a healthy lifestyle. It is definitely a LIFESTYLE. 

At times, I am not the person you should come to for fitness tips or how to be healthy. I struggle with it, especially with my crazy schedule I forget at times I need to take care of myself.

Bailie is so ambitious with fitness and inspired me to go through with this. We are not sure where this may lead, but I thought we should do a series with Bailie sharing her fitness tips. Today I told her to just introduce herself to you all.


Hello Lovelies,

First I want to thank you for taking time out of your busy day to read my very first post, I am beyond excited! While I love fashion and most importantly fitness, I am very new to this blogging thing. I have always wanted to blog I just never knew how to start!

To start, just a little bit about myself! I am a sophomore at The University of South Carolina Upstate. I’m a Nursing major minoring in both Nutrition and Spanish. In addition to being a full-time student, I work at a monogram shop in my town. I also have a love for Lilly Pulitzer. I have an amazing family, we’re all very close! I have a wonderful boyfriend of a little over 2 years and we have the most adorable puppy together named Piper (she’s literally the cutest ever!).

So as I mentioned before I am a nutrition minor. I have an extreme passion for fitness and nutrition! And this is where I get to the part as to why I am here. I know that between school, work and trying to have a social life, keeping up with your body and staying fit can be tough. But there is no need to fear any longer. I am here to help get all of you in the best shape! It will take some time and dedication but in the end you will be very thankful you decided to make a change.

This won’t be a crazy hard plan. It’s not even that strict starting off. It is a way to help you to adapt to a new healthy habit for eating and exercising. Anyone can stick to a plan for 30 days, right? it’s only 30 days! With just a few alterations.

I will leave you with this.. I am new at blogging, you may be new with fitness and nutrition. And I’m not sure where this will take either one of us but I do know that doing something new and outside of your comfort zone is often times a good thing! Stepping out on a limb is good for your soul and doing something for YOU is the best thing you could ever do!

Just remember your only limit is yourself and three months from now, you will thank yourself for making the change.
